Why Anubhav Khidki?

• Early childhood experiences are the building blocks of brain development and personality formation. For children from underprivileged communities where even basic necessities like food and education are a struggle, access to co-curricular activities such as art, music, drama, and storytelling is often a distant dream. These activities are not mere luxuries; they are essential for holistic development.
  In today’s screen-dominated world, real, tangible experiences matter more than ever. They shape emotional intelligence, creativity, and social skills in ways that digital interactions cannot. Anubhav Khidki seeks to fill this critical gap and ensure that such enriching experiences are not a privilege for a few but a right for every child. When children experience art in real time, they don’t just watch—they feel, react, and remember. That’s where true learning begins. A story told face-to-face, a song sung in the same room—these moments and real experiences stay with children far longer than lessons in a textbook or stories on a screen.
  Through Anubhav Khidki initiative, underprivileged children will have storytelling sessions, plays, activities, workshops and musical performances specially organised for them. Children will learn new concepts and understand the world around them through stories, pick up a new skill like clay modelling or origami through workshops and they will get to express what are their dreams and thoughts through drawings and songs but most importantly, these moments will light up their minds, build confidence, and create memories that last far beyond the classrooms.
