Donations:
Voluntary Donations: Donations made to ChikuPiku Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. We appreciate your generosity and understand that your contributions are vital to our mission.
Event Registrations and Fees:
Event Cancellations: If an event organized by ChikuPiku Foundation is cancelled by us, you will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Participant Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation in an event, please notify us at least two days in advance. Refunds for participant cancellations will be provided upon investigation of genuinity of the reason and will be considered on case by case basis. The refund will be credited to your account within 7 Business days.
Tax-Deductible Contributions:
Acknowledgement of Donations: Upon receipt of your donation, we will send you a donation acknowledgment letter for your tax records. If you do not receive this acknowledgment, please contact us on email or phone. Incorrect Amounts: If you believe an error has been made in the amount of your donation, please contact us within 15 days, and we will correct the error.
